Dreams offer a wealth of insights into our psyche, often carrying messages from the soul. How do you decipher these messages and integrate them into your daily life? This course will feature a step-by-step guide to decoding your own dreams using examples using real-world examples. You'll learn the various frameworks of dream interpretation and my nine-step method that seeks to unify these  approaches. We'll discuss dream recall tips and will start to build a framework for bringing intentionality into your practice. A core part of the practice involves journaling, so if you haven't already started to do so, you can begin documenting dreams or dream fragments as soon as you register for this course.      

Using generative AI tools can enhance the dreamwork process by offering participants additional resources to understand and visualize their dreams. However, the foundational practice is self-awareness.

This workshop is specifically designed for those with prior knowledge of ceremonial medicine and integration practices, whether you are currently working as an integration coach or preparing to launch your own practice.
