Mapping Your Dream Sequences With AI

Employing generative AI tools can enhance the dreamwork process by providing participants with additional resources to understand and visualize their dreams, but at the foundation is practice of knowing thyself.

We’ll discuss the future of dream-decoding technology and its implications, and cover the various AI tools that can be applied to dreamwork. We will then begin to carefully employ early-stage tools in our own practice for dream symbol interpretation, dream visualization and dream dialoguing and will refine our results to share with the group. Finished dream projects will be featured as part of the website dream image gallery and on Instagram.

Prerequisites:

1. Bring a dream you’ve already worked on in Intro to Dreamwork or in your self process.
2. Set up a user account with ChatGPT or any GenAI image creation tool.

Optional:

1. Have an account on Canva or Runway to workshop the creation of a video based on your dream imagery or summary.
